Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Must have Master's Degree in any discipline from any University/Educational Institution.
- Candidates must have first class/division in all educational examinations.
- Must have minimum 4.00 out of 5.00 GPA in SSC & HSC or equivalent examination
- CGPA of at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or at least 3.75 out of 5.00 in Graduation/Graduate (Hons) and Post Graduate Examinations.
- No experience required.
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
Age: Not more than 30 years as on June 30, 2024.
Both male and female can apply.
Candidates must have computer literacy
Candidates working elsewhere should apply through proper channel.

Those who successfully complete the probationary period will be eligible as 'Senior Officer' in the pay scale of BDT.22,000-57,400 and other allowances and benefits admissible to this grade.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
