Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Should have 4 years Graduation / Post Graduation from any UGC approved University.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or 3.75 out of 5.00 in any subject.
- Grades for recognized foreign universities must be equivalent as per UGC standards.
- No experience required.
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on July 25, 2024.
Salary and Benefits:
- 01 year probationary period All inclusive monthly salary- Tk 50,000.
- After probation MTO's will be confirmed as ' Senior Officer' in the regular pay scale of the Bank with other admissible benefits.
