Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Deadline: October 03, 2024
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- A 4-year Graduation or Post-Graduation degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from any UGC-approved reputed university.
- Candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC, or equivalent result in 'O' and 'A' level.
- No work experience is required to apply for Bank Asia MTO .
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
- MTO's must be Dedicated, self-motivated, and career-focused.
- Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be Proficient with sound analytical abilities.
- MTO applicants must be flexible to work anywhere in the country.
- Candidates age should not be greater than 30 years as on October 03, 2024.
Salary and Benefits:
- Finally selected Bank Asia Management Trainees will be in probationary period for 1 year. After satisfactory completion of probation period, MTO's will be confirmed as Senior Officers in the regular pay scale of Bank Asia.
- Bank Asia didn't disclose any salary for MTO post in this circular. But, as it is a MTO Post in private bank, so salary of Bank Asia MTO will around BDT 55,000 to BDT 60,000.
- All permanent bank employee benefits will be offered to confirmed Senior Officers as per human resource policy of Bank Asia.
