Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Deadline: 04 October, 2024
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum four First Class/Divisions.
- The candidate should have the mentality to work anywhere in the country.
- The candidate for MTO should be a Bangladeshi National.
- No work experience is required to apply for Dutch Bangla Bank MTO.
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
- The age of the DBBL MTO candidate should not be exceeding 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on October 04, 2024.
Salary and Benefits:
- Selected Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) will be in probation for 01 (one) year. And at this time, a monthly salary of BDT 70,000 will be provided.
- After successful completion of Probation Period, MTOs will be permanent as Senior Officer and will get a monthly salary of BDT 80,815.
- Regular pay scale of BDT 34,300-Increment- BDT 1,000x59- 93,300 with other employee benefits will be offered for confirmed Senior Officer.
Selection Process:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Dutch Bangla Bank MTO written and MCQ exam.
- Passed written candidates will be called for an initial interview.
- Successfully passed candidates from initial interview will be called for Final Viva Interview with Senior Management of the Bank.
- Dutch Bangla Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application of MTO candidate without assigning any reason.
